Suz Hinton – How Live Coding Made Me a Better Developer

How Live Coding Made Me a Better Developer

Live coding seems like an awful punishment to put yourself through! However it can be a really effective form of communication for yourself and other developers to benefit from. Do people really watch live streams of developers working? Won’t everyone see your mistakes and broken code? What the heck is Twitch anyway?

Join Suz Hinton as she talks candidly about her experiences live coding regularly for the past year and beyond. She’ll cover how it helped her improve multiple skillsets as a developer, and the impact it has had on a more personal level.

About Suz Hinton

Suz Hinton works in developer relations at Microsoft. Prior to her current role, Suz was a frontend developer for 10+ years. She’s an avid open source contributor, writing and collaborating on libraries relating to topics such as NodeJS robotics, accessibility, and creative coding.

Can't join us in person? This event will be streamed at 7pm Eastern.
